2. Sample sale items can’t be returned.
3. A sample means a production or photoshoot sample, so slight differences may occur. This is part of the game and therefor the prices are as low as they are.
4. Your products are not reserved when you place them in your basket. Only when you enter the payment page they are reserved for you.
5. Keep calm while you are trying to enter the website. Next to you there are MANY more people who like to shop on the site.
6. If you can’t reach the website don’t stress out. For the die hard fans just hold on, there will be a certain point you can excess the website.
