How do I find a specific item?

There is a search option in the top right corner of your desktop screen and a search option in the bottom left corner of your mobile screen where you can search by product name and / or product type.

How do I know which size to choose?

The sizes of Sproet & Sprout are visible in our size chart which can be found under the heading info. These measurements refer to body measurements and not to the actual garment.

How do I select my country of origin?

When you are finished shopping and proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, including the country to which you want to ship your order.

ORDERING

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you are not obliged to create an account. Proceeding as a guest is available. You only can’t make use of the benefits of creating an account.

How do I place an order?

Select the product (s), you wish to buy and make sure you select the correct size. The articles will appear in your shopping basket. When you are done shopping, proceed to checkout and enter the shipping information. Your order will be processed as soon as you have completed the payment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Klarna afterpay / slice it, Paypal, Credit card, Belfius and Bancontact.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERIES

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. If your country can’t be selected at the check-out, please contact customerservice@sproet-sprout.nl

Can I choose a delivery date / time?

No Unfortunately not. Your order will be processed as soon as the order has been confirmed.

What is your delivery time?

We try to hand over every order to our shipping forwarder within 2 working days. Orders on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

Where can I find the shipping status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace number to track the status of your order.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

How do I return a product?

Items returned to us must be in perfect and unworn condition with the labels still attached. Place the item in the original shipping bag together with the supplied return form or use an alternative sturdy packaging. Bring the package to the nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Please note that return costs are for your own account. How can I exchange a product?

You can exchange an item for the same item if there is a defect, or for a different size. Add the included return form on which you indicate your exchange. This depends on availability. To exchange an item for another product, we kindly request you to send us an email at customerservice@sproet-sprout.nl.

Within how many days do I have to return or exchange my product?

From the day you received your order, you have 14 days to return a product.

For press inquiries and access to our image bank you can send an email to info@sproet-sprout.nl. The image bank (with product and campaign photos) is only available for press and wholesale. We are happy to lend our items for press activities.
