How do I find a specific item?

There is a search-option on the top-right side of the screen where you can search by product name and product type.

How do I know which size to choose?

The Sproet & Sprout sizing is visible in our size guide (info), these measurements refer to body measurements and not to the actual garment.

How do I select my country of origin?

When you have finished shopping and continue to check-out, fill in your shipping address, including the country where you would like your order to be shipped to.


Do I have to create an account to make my order?

No, you are not obligated to create an account. There is a guest checkout available. However you will not have the benefits of creating an account.

How do I make an order?

Select the product(s) of your liking, make sure you select the correct size. Items will appear in your shopping bag. When you have finished shopping you continue to check-out and fill in the shipping details. Once you have completed the payment, your order will be processed.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Ideal, Mistercash and Paypal payments.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. If your country can't be selected upon check-out, please contact at customerservice@sproet-sprout.nl

Can I choose a delivery date/time?

No, unfortunately not. Your order will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed.

What is the delivery time?

Every order will be send within 2 working days. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Where can I find the shipment status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number to track the status of your order.


How do I return a product?

Items returned to us have to be in perfect condition, with tags still attached. Place the item(s) in the original shipping bag together with a copy of the invoice, or use an alternative solid packaging method. Take the package to the nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Keep in mind that return costs are for your own account.

How can I exchange a product?

You can exchange an item for the same item if there is defect, or for a different size. Please add a copy of your invoice on which you indicate your exchange. Unfortunately, this depends on the availability.

To exchange an item for a different product we kindly ask you to send us an email at customerservice@sproet-sprout.nl.

How many days do I have to return or exchange my product?

You will have 14 days from the day that you have received your order to return a product.
