DELIVERY TIME

Once we have received your order, we will do our best to send the items as soon as possible. We try to ship your package within 2 working days, except for national holidays.

We will pack your order with care and transfer it to PostNL or DHL. After your package has been sent your track & trace code will be send by mail by the forwarder. If you have not received an email, first check the spam box. It often happens that the e-mail arrives in there. If that is not the case, contact us at [email protected] Packages within the Netherlands and Belgium are generally delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For the other countries this can take a few days.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING

All prices shown at our website are including 21% VAT. If you are located outside EU please send us an email at [email protected] We will then credit your TAX amount.

Packages that will be shipped outside EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees handled by the destination country. Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

If you refuse our shipment due to too high import fees, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

Of course it may happen that you are not completely satisfied with the items you have ordered. Items can be returned in perfect condition with all labels still attached. Place the item (s) in the original shipping box together with the return form or use an alternative but decent package. Bring the package to the nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Please note that return costs are for your own account.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your item for the same item if there is a defect, or a different size or item. Add your return form indicating which item you want to receive instead. If the item is available, we will send the requested article to you as soon as possible. The items which are returned must be in perfect condition with all labels still attached.
